Morenatsu is dead. Kemono/furry imageboards are nearly dead. 4chan is perhaps dying on the inside.
What do we do in life, then?

4chan is still full of autists and not dying, especially now that drumpf /pol/tards are everywhere

But generals are killing 4chan. People unfamiliar with imageboards are also killing it. I see more Facebook mannerisms every day.

/vg/ has always been cancer, it literally is a hugbox for whatever board culture that board has.
No different than reddit

4chan is no longer about freedom and funposting, hasnt been since they introduced the report function and every triggered kid started abusing it because x didnt fit in their autistic board culture.

Oh sorry just realized you meand dying on the inside and not dying literally. Yeah it is quite dead on the inside but it only grows now.

/trash/ has the occasionally comfy bara thread, and /wbb/ is kinda comfy, some nice people in there.

I have only used /vg/ twice, didn't like it, there were only generals there.
The report function isn't that bad, what's bad are the mods and janitors turning boards into their personal fun clubs.
/trash/ is a useless board that should be merged back into /b/
Somewhat comfortable and relaxing song.

/vg/ is the only board that can stay on topic anymore because the shitposters that hate everything that isn't the memespewing normalfag cancer that takes up 99% of the modern internet have built an image of waifufaggotry around it that keeps them away.
>4chan is no longer about freedom and funposting
It never was. Don't confuse /b/ with the rest of 4chan.
>hasnt been since they introduced the report function and every triggered kid started abusing it because x didnt fit in their autistic board culture
The report button doesn't delete posts. It reports them to the people moderating the site who decide whether or not you're following the rules of the board. And there are rules, in case you didn't know.

Generals are killing 4chan.

I'm sorry, but /jp/ used to be about the freedom to have serious conversation and funposting side by side.
As for rules, I'm fine with 4chan's actual rules, but some of the janitors very selectively enforce those rules, making the rules not an accurate description of what's allowed or not allowed anymore.

From my experience with /vg/, generals about in depth games like engineering games, ss13, dorfs, 4x, etc. usually stay on topic, although the few times I've taken a look at stuff like the undertale general it just seemed like a chatroom with undertale reaction images.
I don't really have experience with generals outside of /vg/, so I imagine it could be a lot more off topic in other places.
